Painting Prep Technician – 1st Shift (Manufacturing)

Location: Winston-Salem Pay: $17–$23/hr (Based on Experience) Schedule: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM + Overtime Available

What You'll Be Doing:

• Surface prep including sanding and cleaning materials
• Applying primer and prepping parts for final paint
• Taping/masking areas for precision painting
• Performing bondo/body filler work as needed
• Ensuring surfaces meet quality standards before paint application
• Working in a production-driven manufacturing setting

Schedule & Project Details:

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Overtime: Expect 10–12 hour days as needed
• Project Duration: Through end of April
• Potential: Opportunity for ongoing work after project completion

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience with painting prep, sanding, priming, or body work
• Manufacturing or production environment experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and work quality
• Ability to work overtime and keep pace in a team environment
