Residential Exterior Painting Subcontractors – HIGH VOLUME WORK
CertaPro Painters of Eastern Iowa (Cedar Rapids / Iowa City Area)
Earn $10,000 to 20,000+ per Month (Per Crew)
We are actively hiring experienced residential exterior painting subcontractor crews for high-volume work across Eastern Iowa.
If you have a solid crew and want consistent work, fast pay, and strong support, we have more jobs than we can handle.

Project Types
- Residential exterior repaints
- Wood, siding, trim, and full exterior systems
- Neighborhood-based production (efficient routing)
Requirements
- Established painting crew (2–6+ painters minimum)
- Experience in residential exterior painting
- Must have:
- EIN
- General Liability Insurance ($1M–$2M)
- Reliable transportation and equipment:
- Ladders
- Sprayers
- Basic tools
Must be able to produce efficiently and maintain quality
Expectations
- Follow scope and production schedules
- Maintain jobsite cleanliness and professionalism
- Deliver consistent, high-quality work
- Communicate with Project Manager and team
- Hit production timelines
