The Paintless Dent Repair Technician is responsible for ensuring that store used car inventory is front-line ready for resale, maintaining company standards. Perform work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy in accordance with dealership and factory instructions and standards.

Treats all co-workers, customers, and vendors professionally and with respect. Maintains Attendance and Punctuality. Adheres to Company Policies and Procedures. Maintains a clean and organized work area. Keeps area free of debris. Maintains a professional appearance and adheres to the dealership dress code.

Repairs vehicles per estimate and according to manufacturer standards. Checks parts against estimate and ensures proper parts are ordered and received. Notifies management of any additional repairs needed. Documents any additional parts and labor required to perform a satisfactory repair. Notifies management of any difficulties or problems that may prevent a quality job from being performed or cause a change in the promised time.

Maintains tools and equipment in a proper state of repair. Maintains and wears all required safety and health personal equipment, including respirator, in the manner recommended by the equipment manufacturer. Complies with all laws and regulations pertaining to paint thinners and other hazardous materials. Reports any deviations to management.

Cooperates and assists other personnel in the repair and prepping of vehicles. Understands, keeps abreast of, and complies with federal, state, and local regulations that affect body shop operations, such as hazardous waste disposal, OSHA Right-to-Know, etc. Operates all tools and equipment in a safe manner. Follows federal, state, and local law as well as company policy about safeguarding all information.

Continuously expand your knowledge of new technology to gain additional practice. Must be able to work individually and as part of a team. Must be organized, professional, and have a positive attitude. Must be at least eighteen years of age. Must have a valid Drivers License. Must pass pre-employment screens, background, and drug test.
