Key Responsibilities
- Inspect socks for defects, inconsistencies, or damage
- Ensure all products meet established quality standards
- Accurately match socks into correct pairs for packaging
- Maintain production speed while ensuring attention to detail
- Perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Follow all safety and production procedures
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to identify defects and inconsistencies quickly
- Comfortable performing repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Previous manufacturing or textile experience preferred, but not required
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Motivated by piece-rate earnings and performance-based pay
- Piece-rate compensation structure
- Guaranteed $12/hour for the first 3 months
- Average earnings: $15$16/hour
- Top performers regularly earn $20+/hour
- No cap on earning potential
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM until production is complete
- Most days end around 3:30 PM
- Some days may end earlier (2:30 PM) or later (4:30 PM) depending on workload
- Opportunity for high earnings based on performance
- Consistent full-time hours
