Our Client, an IT Services and Consultant company, is looking for a Palantir Lead /Architect (Foundry & AIP) for their Houston, TX location.
Responsibilities:
Design end to end solution architectures using Palantir AIP and Palantir Foundry that align with enterprise strategies and long term scalability goals
Develop modular data pipelines in Palantir Foundry that enable reliable ingestion transformation and consumption of large scale structured and unstructured data assets
Optimize existing Palantir solutions by analyzing performance metrics and implementing configuration improvements that enhance stability reliability and throughput
Coordinate with product owners data engineers and business partners to translate complex requirements into feasible Palantir AIP and Foundry implementation designs
Implement robust security and governance controls within Palantir platforms that protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
Guide teams in adopting best practices for version control testing and deployment within Palantir Foundry projects to maintain high quality and traceable releases
Create detailed technical documentation for Palantir architectures data models workflows and operational runbooks to support ongoing maintenance and knowledge sharing
Configure monitoring and alerting within Palantir environments that provide proactive insights into system health data quality and job performance for early issue detection
Collaborate with enterprise architects and infrastructure teams to integrate Palantir platforms with existing systems APIs and data sources across the technology ecosystem
Provide hands on support during development and user acceptance testing phases to resolve defects improve user journeys and refine Palantir based features Drive continuous improvement by evaluating new Palantir capabilities and features and proposing enhancements that increase reuse automation and analytical value
Support stakeholders with training sessions and demonstrations that increase adoption of Palantir AIP and Foundry solutions and promote data driven decision making across the organization
Ensure delivery timelines are met by planning work items in alignment with hybrid working norms and by coordinating effectively across onsite and remote collaborators
Requirements:
Possess professional experience of eight to twelve years in data architecture or solution architecture with a strong focus on modern analytics platforms
Demonstrate advanced hands on expertise in Palantir AIP and Palantir Foundry including data pipeline design ontology modeling and application development Exhibit strong proficiency in data modeling practices and query optimization concepts that improve performance and maintainability of complex analytical solutions
Apply solid understanding of distributed data processing concepts such as parallel processing workload management and efficient orchestration within Palantir projects
Show experience working with cloud based ecosystems and integrating Palantir platforms with major data sources identity providers and enterprise applications Utilize practical knowledge of DevOps style practices such as automated testing continuous integration and environment promotion within Palantir development workflows
Communicate clearly with technical and nontechnical stakeholders by presenting complex Palantir solution designs tradeoffs and implementation plans in an accessible manner
Display familiarity with data privacy regulations and internal risk controls to ensure Palantir solutions handle sensitive information responsibly and ethically Adapt quickly to evolving project priorities and hybrid work expectations while maintaining focus on delivering high quality Palantir solutions within agreed timelines
