Title: Palantir Tester

Location: REMOTE

Rate: $50-$60/hr

3 month contract to hire

This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in data validation, ETL testing, integration testing, data migration projects, and performance testing within complex enterprise environments.

In this position, you will be responsible for validating that data migrated from a legacy platform flows correctly through the Palantir pipeline and is delivered into the target system in a consumable format while ensuring data integrity, quality, and performance throughout the migration process.

Key responsibilities include:

• Performing Source-to-Target Data Reconciliation to validate row-level and field-level data integrity between legacy and target systems
• Executing System Integration Testing (SIT) to verify bidirectional interfaces and complete end-to-end data flow validation
• Leading System Acceptance Testing (SAT) activities and facilitating customer validation and sign-off
• Conducting Schema Conformance Testing and validating system business rules and data quality requirements
• Performing Data Profiling, Completeness, and Transformation Validation to ensure migrated data remains accurate and unchanged
• Executing Performance Testing of change-data-capture (CDC) workloads across approximately 40 normalized, time-variant tables
• Establishing baseline performance metrics and validating Palantir pipeline throughput and reliability
• Identifying, documenting, and resolving data discrepancies throughout the migration lifecycle

Ideal experience includes:

• Palantir Foundry testing or validation experience
• Data migration and ETL testing
• SQL and database validation
• Data reconciliation and data quality testing
• SIT, SAT, UAT, and performance testing
• CDC (Change Data Capture) validation
• Interface and API testing
• Enterprise data warehouse or analytics platforms
