Position Description: PALLET AUDITOR

DiCarlo is currently seeking a dependable and detail oriented Pallet Auditor to join our warehouse team. The Pallet Auditor is responsible for inspecting completed orders before shipment to help ensure accuracy, product quality, and proper pallet preparation.
Schedule
Sunday – Thursday 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM
Pay
$18/hr
Primary Responsibilities
• Review completed pallets and compare products against customer orders
• Confirm item numbers, quantities, product descriptions
• Identify missing, incorrect, damaged, or improperly selected products
• Verify that products are stacked securely and prepared safely for transportation
• Document discrepancies and communicate corrections to warehouse supervisors
• Ensure completed pallets meet company quality and accuracy standards
• Maintain accurate audit records
• Follow all warehouse safety, food safety, and sanitation procedures
• Assist with other warehouse responsibilities as needed
Qualifications
• Previous warehouse, inventory, auditing, receiving, or order selection experience is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and basic math skills
• Ability to read product labels, item numbers, and order documentation accurately
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and remain focused in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift
• Ability to work in refrigerated and freezer areas when required
