• Hours: 6:00 am – 1:30 pm
• Shift: Monday – Friday (possible Saturdays)

We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Pallet Repair / Pallet Builder to join our production team in the Boise area. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, comfortable using a variety of hand and power tools, and committed to maintaining high standards of quality, productivity, and workplace safety.
Job Duty:

• Repair and restore damaged pallets to service-ready condition using approved tools and methods.
• Safely operate hand and power tools, including nail guns, saws, hammers, wire brushes, and pneumatic equipment.
• Inspect repaired pallets to ensure quality standards are met.
• Work independently while following safety and production requirements.
• Communicate with supervisors and management as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Stack pallets and materials properly and ensure loads are secure for movement or shipment.

Requirement:

• Previous experience in Construction, Carpentry, Roofing, Lumber Operations, and Welding.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as required.
