Production Associate – Palletizer / Line Support (2nd Shift)

Pay: $23.25/hour
Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Overview

Join a production team where you’ll help ensure products are made, packed, and palletized safely and efficiently. This role plays a key part in product quality, accurate counts, and preparing shipments for delivery.

What You’ll Do

• Inspect products for quality and accuracy
• Count, stack, and palletize finished goods for shipment
• Keep production lines running smoothly and assist where needed
• Complete pallet sheets and follow work instructions (LOI)
• Load materials (bottles, boxes) and notify team when supplies are low
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Assist on the production line as needed

Key Responsibilities

• Build stable, accurate pallets for shipping
• Monitor product flow and ensure correct counts
• Support line operations (loading bottles, opening boxes, etc.)
• Clean equipment and work areas during downtime

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and understand basic English
• Basic math skills (counting, tracking totals)
• Manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required

Physical Requirements

• Stand for 10-hour shifts
• Lift up to 50 lbs occasionally (25 lbs regularly)
• Frequent bending, reaching, and lifting (including overhead)
• Ability to stack and move product up to pallet height

Work Environment

• Exposure to machinery, noise, and chemicals
• PPE required as needed
