Forklift Operator I is responsible for moving materials between inventory and production, maintaining accurate records, and supporting production schedules.
- Moves materials within the facility, including processing finished goods and assisting with production bottlenecks.
- Performs preventive maintenance and completes equipment checklists.
- Ensures inventory areas are organized and clean.
- Follows forklift safety policies and participates in safety and continuous improvement programs.
- Completes required production documentation and performs other duties as needed.
Qualifications: Minimum 9th grade education or GED preferred, forklift experience required, basic math skills, and successful completion of forklift licensing. Must be at least 18 years old.
