Practice Highlights / Qualifications
Inpatient-only Palliative Care role
Provide consultative services for patients with serious or life-limiting illness
Lead goals-of-care discussions and family meetings
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (nursing, social work, chaplaincy, case management)
Support care transitions, including hospice coordination
Participate in program development and quality initiatives
Qualifications:
Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Active Texas license (or ability to obtain)
DEA certification
Strong communication and team-oriented mindset
Commitment to patient-centered, compassionate care
