StaffMed Health Partners is partnering with a leading healthcare organization in North Texas to recruit an experienced Palliative Care Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA). This is a high-impact, inpatient-focused role ideal for a compassionate clinician dedicated to improving quality of life for patients with serious illness in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment. Practice Highlights / Qualifications
  • Inpatient-only Palliative Care role
  • Provide consultative services for patients with serious or life-limiting illness
  • Lead goals-of-care discussions and family meetings
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (nursing, social work, chaplaincy, case management)
  • Support care transitions, including hospice coordination
  • Participate in program development and quality initiatives

Qualifications:
  • Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
  • Active Texas license (or ability to obtain)
  • DEA certification
  • Strong communication and team-oriented mindset
  • Commitment to patient-centered, compassionate care
