Join a collaborative interdisciplinary team, including: Palliative Care Physicians Advanced Practice Providers Palliative Care Nurses Social Workers Chaplain / Spiritual Care Case Management Practice within a hospital-based setting focused on: Inpatient palliative care consultations Symptom management and pain control Goals-of-care discussions with patients and families Advance care planning and end-of-life support Coordination of care across specialties Participation in interdisciplinary team meetings Ideal candidate will: Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills Take a compassionate, patient-centered approach Demonstrate interest in program growth and development Provide education to staff and support interdisciplinary collaboration Qualifications:
MD/DO Board Certified or Board Eligible Fellowship training in Hospice and Palliative Medicine preferred Eligible for Wisconsin medical licensure Strong commitment to high-quality, compassionate patient care Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary care team Compensation & Benefits: Mercyhealth offers a highly competitive initial salary guarantee along with a comprehensive benefits package: Salary Range: $240,000-$250,000
