Palliative Care Physician Opportunity in Maine | Teaching Opportunities

Northern Light Eastern Maine Medical Center is looking for a compassionate BE/BC Palliative Medicine Physician to join our team of talented physicians and advance practice practitioners. The Palliative Care Physician will work closely with other physicians, clinicians, and health professionals in a team approach to patient care. J-1 visa waiver program participants are welcome to apply.

Position Details:

• Mix of inpatient and outpatient services
• Flexible work schedule
• Full complement of support staff
• Experienced Physicians and APPs on staff
• Teaching opportunities (i.e., med students, residents, etc.)

Compensation Information:

• $254,000 - $270,400 annual base salary with the ability to earn additional compensation based on productivity.
• The compensation range listed reflects the range Northern Light Health anticipates relying on in setting the wages for the position.  The range may not necessarily include all additional compensation elements available, including but not limited to call pay, leadership stipends, etc.
