Required Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years of RN experience
- Valid BLS certification
- Proficiency with EPIC electronic medical records system
- Ability to float within units of equivalent or lower acuity when needed
- Strong assessment, communication, and critical-thinking skills
- Compassionate demeanor and dedication to patient-centered care
Nice to Have Skills:
- Prior travel nursing experience
- Experience in palliative or hospice care
- Certification in pain management or symptom control
- Flexibility to work night shifts and rotating schedules
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Current RN licensure in the state
- Previous experience in acute care, oncology, or hospice settings
- Familiarity with Epic or other electronic health record systems
- At least 2 years of professional nursing experience, including night shift coverage
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to work night shifts from 19:00 to 07:00 on a 12-hour schedule
- Ability to start by June 29, 2026
- Travel reimbursement and certifications provided when applicable
- Valid BLS certification required
