JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network Engineer with strong expertise in enterprise networking and network security, particularly with Palo Alto firewalls. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, managing, troubleshooting, and optimizing network infrastructure while ensuring security, availability, and performance across the organization.
Key Responsibilities

  • Design, deploy, configure, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, WLAN, and Data Center networks.
  • Administer and support Palo Alto Networks firewalls, including policy management, NAT, VPN, IPS, URL Filtering, WildFire, GlobalProtect, and Threat Prevention.
  • Monitor network performance and proactively identify and resolve network-related issues.
  • Perform firewall rule reviews, security audits, and compliance checks.
  • Configure and troubleshoot routing protocols such as BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, and static routing.
  • Implement and manage site-to-site and remote-access VPN solutions.
  • Support network security initiatives and incident response activities.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, and security teams to ensure secure connectivity across hybrid environments.
  • Perform network capacity planning, upgrades, and lifecycle management.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, network diagrams, and standard operating procedures.
  • Participate in on-call support and major incident management when required.
