PAM + AI Engineer (Hybrid)

About The Role

This role is essential in leading the development and integration of AI-enabled and LLM-based applications within our client's enterprise environment. Your expertise will drive secure, explainable, and auditable AI solutions that align with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on development of AI-enabled and LLM-based applications, focusing on agentic and automation-driven systems.
• Design and implement agent orchestration architectures, including task decomposition, multi-agent coordination, and policy-aware execution flows.
• Engineer robust LLM interaction layers, including prompt design and grounding strategies.
• Own end-to-end AI system architecture, covering APIs, services, data pipelines, and observability.
• Ensure AI solutions operate effectively across cloud-native and hybrid environments.
• Embed security, compliance, and governance by design, ensuring access controls and traceability.
• Provide technical leadership through architecture ownership and mentorship of AI engineers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a hands-on AI or platform engineer with leadership responsibility for production systems.
• Deep expertise in LLMs, including model selection and prompt engineering.
• Strong experience with agent frameworks and orchestration patterns.
• Solid background in cloud-native architecture, APIs, and distributed systems.
• Ability to translate business, risk, and regulatory requirements into technical designs.
• Experience with real-world deployment scenarios ensuring AI solutions work reliably across hybrid environments.
• Experience implementing AI control frameworks aligned to NIST, ISO, or sector regulators.
• Knowledge of identity, access, and authorization models for agents and non-human identities.
