Qualifications and Skills
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality mindset
Comfortable using hand tools and power tools (drill/driver, screwdrivers, crimpers, cutters, etc.)
Able to work independently with minimal supervision and stay self-motivated
Manufacturing/assembly experience preferred; electrical assembly or wiring is a plus (not required for entry-level)
High School Diploma or GED required; technical/vocational training is a plus
Responsibilities
Read and follow build sheets, prints, and production documentation
Assemble electrical plates and enclosures to build prep instructions
Install electrical components, controllers, and hardware per documentation
Complete panel wiring using correct wire color/gauge, ferrules, cables, tags/labels, and required identification per prints
Support quality standards and safety procedures; maintain consistent workmanship
Keep a clean, organized, safe workstation and optimize space utilization
Assist coworkers as needed to support production flow and team output
Perform other duties as assigned in the assembly area

Schedule: Monday–Thursday 7:00 AM–3:30 PM; Friday 6:30 AM–2:30 PM (two 15-min breaks + 30-min lunch)
