Element2 Group is partnering with a growing manufacturer that is expanding its production team and is seeking an experienced Panel Builder. This position is responsible for the start-to-finish assembly of heating and cooling units, including electrical wiring, sub-assemblies, and interpreting electrical schematics. Key Responsibilities
Assemble electrical control panels and sub-assemblies from start to finish.
Perform point-to-point wiring and electrical connections.
Read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
Perform crimping, wire termination, and induction brazing.
Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality and accuracy.
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs as needed.
Qualifications
3+ years of electrical or mechanical assembly experience in a manufacturing environment.
Experience with point-to-point wiring, crimping, and reading electrical schematics.
Experience performing induction brazing.
Ability to lift 50 lbs throughout the shift.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
