Responsibilities:
The Panel Assembler will assemble and wire control panels using hand tools, soldering, blueprints, schematics, and cable organization. This entry to mid-level role offers a starting pay of $18-22, depending on experience. Hours are 40-45 per week, with minimal OT, typically from 6am-3:30pm, possibly shifting to 7am. - Read electrical schematics and assemble/control panels for PLCs, operator consoles, drives, motors, and pneumatics.
- Inspect and test completed panels.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Coordinate with management to prioritize tasks.
- Support local customer installations occasionally.
Requirements:- Preferred experience in panel building or electronics; willing to train motivated candidates.
- At least 1 year in circuit board or control panel assembly.
- Ability to solder/desolder and read schematics.
- Familiarity with NEC, UL, CSA codes preferred.
- Mechanical skills and proper tool use required.
