CHS is partnering with a local manufacturer to add dependable team members to their panel wiring and assembly department. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start a hands-on career in manufacturing—no prior experience required! You’ll receive on-the-job training and learn valuable skills in wiring, assembly, and working with electronics.
Schedule:Monday-Thursday, 6am-4:30pm
Pay:$17.00/hour

What You’ll Do:
Learn how to wire and assemble small boxes and control panels
Use basic hand tools (like screwdrivers and crimpers) to complete projects
Follow simple blueprints and diagrams with guidance from trainers
Carefully insert and crimp small wires using hand crimpers
Keep your work accurate and consistent while paying attention to detail
What We’re Looking For:
No experience required – just a willingness to learn and work with your hands
Ability to follow instructions and stay focused on repetitive tasks
Good eyesight and careful attention to small details
Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude
