About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Panel Framing Assembler to join our manufacturing team. This role is responsible for assembling wall panels and trusses in a safe, accurate, and efficient manner while ensuring quality standards are met. The ideal candidate is comfortable with power tools, can follow measurements precisely, and thrives in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret shop drawings, blueprints, and cut sheets.
• Measure, cut, and assemble wall panels or trusses according to specifications.
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic nail guns.
• Ensure all assemblies meet quality and safety standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Work effectively with team members to meet production schedules.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in construction, carpentry, or assembly preferred, but not required.
• Ability to read and interpret basic drawings and measurements.
• Comfortable using hand tools and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work on your feet for extended periods.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
