Production Worker
Job Location: Culpeper, VA
Job Duration: 3+ months contract and Temp-to-Hire
Shift Timing: 1st Shift Monday to Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Able to Work: Mandatory overtime on Fridays as required.

Job Description:

We are hiring Production Workers to join our manufacturing team. No experience is required training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

• Perform production and assembly work
• Use basic hand and power tools
• Read a tape measure accurately up to 1/8 inch
• Lift and move products up to 50 lbs
• Stand and work for the entire shift
• Follow safety rules and company procedures
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance

Requirements:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, non-climate-controlled environment
• Basic carpentry or woodworking knowledge is a plus
• Manufacturing or construction experience is a plus
