Panini Kabob Grill's Digital Kitchen is a fast-paced, delivery- and takeout-focused operation where every team member plays an important role. Unlike a traditional restaurant, our Digital Kitchen operates without dine-in service, allowing our team to focus on preparing fresh, high-quality food and ensuring every order is accurate and ready on time.

Position Summary

As a Digital Kitchen Team Member, you will be cross-trained to support all areas of the kitchen operation. Responsibilities include food preparation, cooking, stocking, cleaning, dishwashing, and accurately packaging and verifying takeout and delivery orders.

Team members are expected to work in multiple stations throughout each shift and assist wherever needed based on business demands. Success in this role requires teamwork, attention to detail, a positive attitude, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional guest experience through every order.

Essential Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to Panini Kabob Grill recipes and quality standards.
• Complete daily food preparation while maintaining food safety and sanitation standards.
• Accurately package, verify, and organize takeout and delivery orders before they leave the kitchen.
• Restock ingredients, supplies, and workstations throughout the shift.
• Wash dishes, utensils, equipment, and maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
• Follow all food safety, cleanliness, and company operating procedures.
• Assist in multiple workstations and perform additional duties as assigned by management.
• Work collaboratively with fellow team members to ensure timely and accurate order completion.

 Requirements:

• No experience necessary—we will train the right candidate.
• Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and understand order instructions.
• Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift to 50 pounds as needed.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a confined kitchen environment.
• Continuous use of hands and arms, including bending, reaching, twisting, and lifting.
• Basic knowledge of food preparation, cooking procedures, weights, and measurements is a plus but not required.
• Must be dependable, flexible, and willing to perform a variety of kitchen and order fulfillment responsibilities throughout each shift.
