- Maintain clean, sanitary and organized work area
- Prepare all food items, cold and hot, according to Chef's recipes and techniques
- Complete meal prep activities before guests arrive, including chopping, stocking and storing back up items
- Perform proper plating, including portions, temperatures, and garnishment
- Must be able to communicate well with team members and supervisors in a potentially noisy environment
- Must be able to multitask, prioritize in a fast paced environment. Stand for long periods of time. Lift, carry 25 lbs. or more
- Assist with storage of ingredients for maintaining freshness, reducing waste, abide by food code regulations
- Assist Chef with inventory
- Clean/ sanitize work station, equipment, refrigerators, storage areas, and floors at the end of shift
- Entry level welcome, previous kitchen experience and/or Servsafe certification is a plus. Training provided
