The Role
We are hiring a Pantry / Pastry Chef to own the cold station and dessert execution.
This is a fast-paced, detail-driven role responsible for:
- Salads
- Cold appetizers
- Soups
- Desserts
You will play a key role in ticket flow, presentation, and service timing.
This is not a passive prep role you are part of live service execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute all pantry and dessert items with consistency, speed, and precision
- Prepare and maintain mise en place for service
- Plate dishes cleanly and consistently to standard
- Manage ticket flow from appetizers through desserts
- Support kitchen pacing by ensuring timely execution of first courses
- Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked station at all times
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
- Assist with prep and support other stations as needed
