The Role

We are hiring a Pantry / Pastry Chef to own the cold station and dessert execution.

This is a fast-paced, detail-driven role responsible for:

  • Salads
  • Cold appetizers
  • Soups
  • Desserts

You will play a key role in ticket flow, presentation, and service timing.

This is not a passive prep role you are part of live service execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute all pantry and dessert items with consistency, speed, and precision
  • Prepare and maintain mise en place for service
  • Plate dishes cleanly and consistently to standard
  • Manage ticket flow from appetizers through desserts
  • Support kitchen pacing by ensuring timely execution of first courses
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked station at all times
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
  • Assist with prep and support other stations as needed
