PAP Compliance Specialist

Kubat Healthcare is seeking a PAP Compliance Specialist to join their expanding compliance department. This role is ideal for an independent, self-motivated individual with strong communication skills. The position focuses on ensuring patients adhere to their prescribed Positive Airway Pressure (PAP) therapy by monitoring usage, educating patients, and collaborating with healthcare providers to maintain compliance with insurance requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesPatient Education: Educate patients on the proper use of PAP devices and the importance of compliance with their treatment plans.Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze PAP usage data to ensure patients meet required compliance parameters.Patient Outreach: Communicate with patients to address concerns, provide guidance, and encourage adherence to therapy.Compliance Submission: Submit compliance reports to insurance providers as required.Audit Management: Assist in managing audits related to PAP compliance.Collaboration with Healthcare Providers: Work closely with healthcare professionals to ensure patients receive the necessary support for successful treatment.Skills and QualificationsHealthcare Knowledge: Familiarity with sleep disorders and PAP therapy.Customer Service Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with patients and address their needs.Data Analysis Skills: Proficiency in tracking and interpreting PAP usage data.Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using software and tools for data tracking and reporting.Compliance Expertise: Understanding of healthcare compliance requirements, particularly related to insurance and patient care.Work Schedule and CompensationHours: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.Why Work at Kubat Healthcare?Pay Range: $20–$24 per hour.Kubat Healthcare is known for its commitment to patient care and fostering a supportive work environment.
