Total Pay: $17.00/Hour - $20.00/Hour

Summary:

• Work hours 30+ weekly

• Hourly, non-exempt position

Primary Responsibilities

• Hourly Shift Leaders - HSL

• Operational Excellence (People, Product, Service and Image)

• Ensures a World Class Customer Experience

• Manages cost of goods sold and labor expense

• Executes daily shift objectives

• Assistant Managers - AM (in addition to HSL responsibilities)

• Training and development

• Problem solving and crisis management

• Assistant General Managers - AGM (in addition to AM responsibilities)

• Trains and develops high performing team members and managers

• Drives sales growth through operation excellence, including product quality, world class customer experience, and local store marketing.

• Controls operational costs and works to achieve personal, area and company financial objectives.

Requirements

• Valid Drivers License and Proof of Insurance

• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred

• Previous restaurant experience preferred

• Open availability (Weekends, Holidays are required)
