Papa John's Shift Lead

Total Pay: $16.50 - $17.00/Hour

• Hourly Shift Leader (HSL)

Summary:

• Work hours 30+ weekly

• Hourly, non-exempt position

• Comprehensive training program (estimated 4-8 weeks)

Primary Responsibilities

• Hourly Shift Leaders - HSL

• Operational Excellence (People, Product, Service and Image)

• Ensures a World Class Customer Experience

• Manages cost of goods sold and labor expense

• Executes daily shift objectives

Requirements

• Valid Drivers License and Proof of Insurance

• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred

• Previous restaurant experience preferred

• Open availability (Weekends, Holidays are required)
