This is a rotating shift position: Work 14 days out of a 28 day schedule.

Minimum requirements for this Paper Machine Supervisor:

·At least 3 years of paper machine operations experience

·Proven leadership as a Supervisor, Lead, or Engineer in the paper industry

·Strong knowledge of paper machine processes, troubleshooting, and optimization

·Excellent communication and team management skills

·Ability to work rotating shifts and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
