Sanitation-P2 $21.75

Sanitation Extra Gang-P3 $22.30

Starting Pay: P2 $21.75 with $1.00 shift differential for working on 2nd Shift. Pay during orientation and 2 weeks of initial training $21.15

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Clean and sanitize production equipment, processing lines, floors, walls, drains, and facility areas according to established sanitation procedures.
  • Disassemble, clean, inspect, and reassemble equipment to ensure sanitation and operational readiness.
  • Operate sanitation equipment and safely handle cleaning chemicals in accordance with company policies and safety requirements.
  • Conduct sanitation inspections and pre-operational checks to verify equipment and production areas are clean and production-ready.
  • Maintain compliance with food safety, quality, sanitation, and safety programs, including GMPs, HACCP, SSOPs, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), and PPE requirements.
  • Identify and report sanitation concerns, equipment damage, maintenance issues, or conditions that may impact food safety or production.
  • Complete required sanitation records, cleaning logs, and documentation accurately and timely.
  • Support deep-cleaning projects, audits, and other sanitation initiatives as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment and perform other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Ability to work in refrigerated production areas and around food products
  • Ability to safely lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds

Minimum Requirements:

  • Applicants must not now, or at any time in the future, require employer sponsorship for a work visa.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older (all plant positions)
  • Must be willing to work overtime and weekends.
  • One year of consistent work history at a manufacturing facility or warehouse.
