Comments and Other Information

The job of the Paraeducator is done for the purpose/s of providing support to the instructional program within the assigned classroom with specific responsibility for assisting in the supervision, care, and instruction of students in the classroom; assisting in implementing plans for instruction; and providing intervention information to appropriate school personnel. This job reports to the Site Principal The position is 2 hours per day (hours will vary depending on the school), 5 days per week. Proficiency in the Spanish Language is preferred. (Dual Language Immersion Class) Job-related experience is desired. Targeted, job-related education with study in job-related areas. Must pass job-related Skills Proficiency Test All documents must be attached via Edjoin. Documents will not be accepted via email, fax, or in person. For assistance with attaching documents, please contact the Edjoin hotline at (888)900-8945. Child Abuse and Neglect training must be completed within the first 4 weeks of the hire date. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
