Paraeducator III - 1:1 Support
Anticipated start date: 8/26/2026
Monday - Thursday: 7:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. (includes one 15-minute paid break and one 30-minute unpaid meal break)
Friday: 7:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. (includes one 15-minute paid break)
Weekly working hours: 31
Wage: $26.66 - $31.19 per hour (2025-26 PSE Salary Schedule *2026-27 TBD)
Work Calendar: 2026-27 PSE PARA SECONDARY M-F
Position Summary: Under the direction of a certificated Teacher, this position is primarily instructional but limited to work within a Special Education self-contained setting providing 1 to 1 support with a specific student, and will also assist with behavior and personal hygiene issues. Benefit Eligibility:
Eligibility for benefits is determined by the number of hours employees are anticipated to work during the school year (September 1 through August 31). Any employee who is scheduled to work 630 hours or more in a year is eligible for benefits.
