Paraeducator - Registered Behavior Technician

Nauset Regional Middle School

DESCRIPTIVE STATEMENT

OF POSITION:

The RBT is responsible to work directly with students who have behavioral needs by implementing behaviorally-based interventions within the educational environment. The RBT is expected to collect appropriate data, work collaboratively with team teachers and other providers, demonstrate flexibility and efficiency in all aspects of the position, and have strong communication skills.

QUALIFICATIONS:

MA licensed Behavior Technician; Completion of Safety Care or related training; ability to perform necessary physical activities to fulfill job responsibilities

SALARY:

$31.32 - $37.28 per hour
