Job Description Assists staff attorneys with various aspects of legal work, including research, document drafting and interviews. Must be detail-oriented with heightened organizational, time management and task prioritization skills. Assist with administrative hearing and trial preparation. Conduct legal research to determine precedence or to help build a case. Draft legal documents, including affidavits, subpoenas, motions, briefs, deposition notices, decisions on motions and decision and orders.
