A bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate is preferred, but not required. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills to interact with clients from intake through all stages of litigation. Job duties will include intake interviews, case investigation and preparation, medical record review, drafting and responding to correspondence, preparing and drafting pleadings and other court filings, and more. A strong desire to advocate on behalf of our clients is a must. This is a full‑time position that could occasionally entail weekend and evening work.NOTE – this is NOT an entry‑level position! We are seeking someone who has experience in personal injury practice (plaintiff, defense, workers' comp, et al).CompensationBase salary ranges from $48,000 – $60,000 (depending on qualifications and experience), plus reachable monthly performance bonuses, and participation bonuses for business brought to the firm.
