MW Talent is partnering with a respected law firm in Dunwoody, Georgia, to hire a Paralegal with experience in personal injury or workers' compensation matters. This role offers hands-on involvement with cases from start to finish and the opportunity to work closely with attorneys and clients.
Schedule and Work Environment
" 4 days in office, 1 day work from home
" Full-time schedule
" Paid time off and all official holidays observed

What You Will Do
" Manage personal injury and workers' compensation case files
" Draft pleadings, discovery, and legal correspondence
" Coordinate medical records, liens, and case documentation
" Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance adjusters
" Prepare files for mediation, hearings, and trial
" Track deadlines and maintain organized case management systems
What We Are Looking For
" 2+ years of paralegal experience required
" Experience in personal injury or workers' compensation strongly preferred
" Excellent writing and organizational skills
" Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines
" Stable work history required
" Willing to train candidates with steady work history and legal background experience
