    Description

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Paralegal to support attorneys with case management, document preparation, and legal research. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities efficiently, and demonstrate strong communication skills.Key ResponsibilitiesDraft, review, and revise legal documents including pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondenceConduct legal research using Westlaw, LexisNexis, or similar platformsManage case files, calendars, and deadlinesCoordinate and track discovery, including document production and responsesCommunicate with clients, courts, and opposing counselPrepare trial binders, exhibits, and other litigation support materialsPerform administrative tasks such as scheduling, filing, and data entryQualificationsBachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate preferred2+ years of paralegal or legal assistant experienceStrong knowledge of legal terminology and proceduresProficiency in Microsoft Office and legal software (e.g., Clio, NetDocs, iManage)Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skillsPreferred ExperienceExperience with e-filing in state and/or federal courtsFamiliarity with case management systemsCompetitive salary based on experienceHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off and holidaysOpportunities for professional developmentFor consideration please remit your resumeAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
