Job Description
Draft legal documents including discovery motions, summaries, briefs, affidavits, and correspondence.
Conduct factual investigations and analyze case data to support litigation strategy.
Perform legal research, organize case materials, and maintain detailed case files.
Translate and interpret Spanish documents and dictations as needed.
Assist in all phases of discovery and trial preparation, including coordinating exhibits and preparing binders.
Monitor case progress, deadlines, budgets, and trial logistics.
Collaborate closely with attorneys to ensure cases are trial-ready and thoroughly supported.
Qualifications
Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
At least 1+ years of personal injury litigation experience required.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong research, writing, and communication skills.
Ability to type at least 50 words per minute.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and dependable under deadlines.
