Paralegal

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a well-established and highly respected law firm in Boca Raton, FL, to identify an experienced Family Law Paralegal to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented legal professional who enjoys supporting clients through complex family law matters.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume family law caseload from intake through resolution.

• Draft pleadings, motions, petitions, notices, financial affidavits, and discovery documents.

• Coordinate court deadlines, hearings, mediations, depositions, and trial preparation.

• Organize and analyze financial records, tax returns, bank statements, and supporting documentation.

• Prepare case files, exhibits, and trial binders for attorney review.

• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and third-party vendors.

• Maintain accurate case records and ensure compliance with all deadlines.

• Support attorneys with divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, and post-judgment matters.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Family Law Paralegal experience required.

• Strong experience drafting family law pleadings and discovery responses.

• Knowledge of Florida family law procedures and court rules.

• Experience preparing financial affidavits and working with financial documentation.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management software.

• Paralegal certificate preferred but not required.
