The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, the ability to work independently, and the experience to support attorneys in all stages of pre‑litigation and litigation.ResponsibilitiesReview, request, and organize medical recordsDraft clear and concise medical chronologies and summariesIdentify key injuries, treatments, and gaps in careCommunicate with providers, clients, and insurance companiesAssist with demand packages and trial preparationMaintain accurate and up‑to‑date case filesSupport attorneys with case development and strategyQualificationsMinimum 3+ years of experience as a personal injury paralegalStrong knowledge of medical terminology and treatment timelinesProven experience drafting detailed medical chronologies and summariesExcellent writing, organizational, and analytical skillsProficiency in legal case management software and Microsoft OfficeAbility to manage multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced environmentPreferred QualificationsExperience with litigation supportFamiliarity with Clio is a plusJobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
