Vaco by Highspring has partnered with our client to hire a Corporate Paralegal to join them for a 3-6 month contract.*Candidates must have M&A and/or contract negotiation work to be eligible for consideration*Where: Boston, MA (hybrid or remote)When: Immediate needPay: $50-$60/hourResponsibilitiesDraft, review, and manage a wide range of commercial agreements, including NDAs, vendor and service agreements, and other business contractsMaintain corporate minute books, governance documentation, and official legal recordsCoordinate with outside counsel on corporate, compliance, litigation, and regulatory matters.Support mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and financing transactions, including managing due diligence requests, organizing data rooms, preparing documentation, and facilitating closing activities.Conduct legal and regulatory research and prepare concise summaries or issue spot analyses for attorneys and business stakeholders.#J-18808-Ljbffr
