Don't miss your chance and apply now!What you will be doing as the Paralegal:Intake, log, and process a high volume of legal documents, including subpoenas, writs of garnishment, tax liens/levies, and court orders.Review documents for authenticity, completeness, and accuracy. Conduct research using internal financial tools and legal platforms (e.g., Westlaw, Pacer) to gather relevant facts and identify specific underlying issues related to customer accounts.Coordinate with various business units and internal stakeholders to collect responsive customer information, transaction histories, and other necessary documents.Organize, summarize, index, and prepare documents for attorney review and production, including applying necessary watermarks and converting files to required formats.Draft response letters, certificates of authenticity, and other legal correspondence using pre-approved templates. Communicate frequently with outside counsel, government entities, and internal employees.Ensure all activities are performed in compliance with applicable federal and state laws, regulations, and internal policies.
