Our firm focuses on estate planning, elder law, and probate, and we pride ourselves on delivering compassionate, personalized service. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about helping individuals and families navigate important legal decisions.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Draft and review estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives.
  • Assist attorneys with client communications and case management.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date client files and documentation.
  • Prepare and file legal documents with courts and government agencies.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure smooth workflow and excellent client service.

Qualifications:


  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a paralegal in estate planning (required).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency with legal software and document management systems.
