The Real Estate Paralegal will besupporting attorneys in the areas of corporate law, litigation, and/or real estate. This role involves managing case files, editing and preparing legal documents, conducting research, and ensuring deadlines are met across multiple practice areas.Draft, proofread, and file legal documentsOrganize and manage case files and related documentation across multiple practice areasConduct legal and factual research using legal databases and public recordsAssist with preparing cases for hearings, mediations, closings, and trialCoordinate and communicate with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and third-party vendorsSupport corporate transactions, including entity formation, annual filings, and corporate governance documentationAssist with real estate transactions including due diligence, title searches, and document preparationMonitor deadlines, court dates, and filing scheduleMinimum of 3 years of experience as a paralegal or legal assistant in corporate law, litigation, and/or real estateStrong knowledge of legal terminology, legal procedures, and court systemsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, legal case management software, document management software, and e-filing systemsHighly organized with excellent time management and communication skillsAbility to professionally and discreetly manage confidential informationDetail-oriented and capable of working both independently and collaboratively#J-18808-Ljbffr
