A highly respected law firm is seeking a Paralegal with Commercial Litigation experience to support the firm’s legal team in Tampa, FL. This is a direct hire opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• E-filing documents with Federal and Florida State Courts
• Maintaining and updating client contact information
• Overseeing attorney schedules and billing
• Ensuring client payables information is accurately captured and documented
• Operating a multi-line phone system
• Utilizing Microsoft Office Suite for various tasks
• Calendaring and scheduling meetings, depositions, and court appearances
• Performing other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Florida Registered Paralegal
• 5+ years of litigation experience, including Commercial Litigation
• Trial preparation experience
• Excellent time management skills and high attention to detail
• Typing speed of at least 55 WPM
