Job Description

Hill Ward Henderson is an AV rated firm that represents sophisticated clients, and offers a friendly, collegial work environment and excellent compensation and benefits. The Firm is currently seeking a qualified paralegal candidate for its Commercial Real Estate Department.

Job Responsibilities

Requirements:

  • Minimum of three (3) – five (5) years demonstrated experience as a real estate paralegal in a law firm with a commercial real estate practice
  • Experience dealing with commercial lenders, attorneys, and other parties
  • Experience with complex commercial purchase and sale agreements
  • Experience in title and survey examination
  • Experience conducting commercial closings, including recording and filing in public records
