Job Description
As a Paralegal on our Consumer Litigation Team, you'll play a key role in supporting legal matters that impact our business and customers. You'll partner closely with an attorney and senior paralegals to respond to subpoenas and investigate claims, while keeping cases organized and moving forward. This is a fast-paced, collaborative environment where attention to detail and the ability to balance multiple priorities are critical. If you enjoy solving problems, working cross-functionally, and supporting meaningful legal work, this role offers strong day-to-day impact.
This role is hybrid, which means you will be required to work on site Monday through Thursday at the Best Buy corporate office in Richfield, Minnesota. You can work virtually from home or another non‑Best Buy location on Friday. The recruiter or hiring manager will provide more details during the hiring process.

What you'll do
- Respond to subpoenas and legal requests
- Investigate claims and gather information from internal partners
- Complete administrative work to support the team
- Maintain case files, reporting, and team mailboxes
- Perform additional projects and tasks as needed, including supporting other litigation teams
Basic qualifications
- Paralegal associate degree, certificate, or equivalent legal experience
