Senior Contract Specialist / Paralegal
LOCATION
Fort Worth, TX | Onsite (80% / 4 days per week)
COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
• $45.80 per hour
• Monday–Friday, generally between 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (flexible team schedule)
• W2, Contract
• Start date: As soon as available
ROLE IMPACT
Support the client's legal team by independently managing the full contract lifecycle for a dedicated business group. Success in this role requires strong judgment, exceptional organization, and the ability to draft and review contract language with minimal supervision while partnering closely with attorneys.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage contracts from intake through execution, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely completion.
• Draft, review, and revise contract language while making appropriate drafting decisions independently.
• Partner directly with attorneys and internal stakeholders to resolve contract issues and support business objectives.
• Maintain organized contract records and prioritize multiple assignments in a fast-paced corporate environment.
• Learn and utilize the client's contract management systems; training is provided.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• 5+ years as a Paralegal with contract management, contract administration, or contract specialist experience within a large corporate environment supporting legal, sourcing, procurement, or related functions.
• Strong experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contract language with minimal supervision.
• Authorized to work in the United States as a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder.
CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS
• Contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems
• Microsoft Office Suite
• Salesforce or similar CRM/platform experience preferred
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Experience supporting corporate legal or sourcing organizations.
• Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage a high-volume workload while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
