What This Role Is All About Likewize is looking for a Paralegal to join our corporate legal team at our global headquarters in Southlake, Texas.As our Paralegal, you'll be a key partner to the legal team and the broader Likewize business. From keeping contracts organized, supporting day‑to‑day legal operations, and contributing to compliance initiatives, you'll handle a variety of legal work that keeps our legal team running smoothly behind the scenes. This opportunity is perfect for a resourceful and personable legal professional ready to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑growth corporate legal environment.Your Key Areas of Focus Review and assess a range of agreements, including vendor and SaaS agreements, identifying key risks and ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with business goals.Support attorneys in managing corporate compliance tracking, including business licenses, insurance renewals, and service contract licensing, primarily handling renewals and tracking occasional new filings, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Draft and refine contracts, correspondence, legal documents, and templates in close partnership with attorneys.Manage contract workflows from intake through execution and track progress in CLM (Ironclad).Act as a go‑to resource for document and information requests, providing timely and helpful support across internal teams and outside counsel.Play an active role in strengthening legal and compliance programs by maintaining organized, audit‑ready records across SharePoint and document management systems, and implementing trainings and process improvements where needed.Review and analyze claim denials, identifying issues and escalating risks as appropriate.Collaborate with attorneys and cross‑functional partners on day‑to‑day legal and operational needs to move contracts and related requests forward efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.What We're Looking For A Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal Studies, Political Science, or a related field that supports your career in the legal industry.5‑7 years of paralegal or legal support experience, ideally in an in‑house environment.Strong organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and keep workstreams moving.Hands‑on experience with commercial agreements and corporate governance matters – ready to hit the ground running.Experience with both contract lifecycle management software (Ironclad is our favorite!) and Microsoft Office.Someone who shares ideas clearly and confidently, both in writing and in conversation.A resourceful, practical, and proactive problem‑solver who enjoys taking initiative, thinking creatively, and finding solutions.A positive and approachable professional who values teamwork and collaborates effectively across teams including attorneys, business stakeholders, and external partners.Texas Notary Public certification (or excitement to obtain within your first few months).Extra Skills We'd Love to See Hands‑on experience with hCue or similar corporate governance software.Invoice management experience through LegalTracker or related ELM systems.Where We Work Our global headquarters are located in Southlake, Texas, within easy reach of Dallas and Fort Worth.#J-18808-Ljbffr
